A lightbulb moment

“I want to achieve more, I just struggle to get there”. A familiar rhetoric for some of my clients.

So we dig deep. We seek clarity on the actual challenge and not the surface level problem. We get uncomfortable.

We become curious around the power of our thinking and it being the root of our suffering. We get uncomfortable, again.

We address the mindset first and become curious around pre-conceived thinking and how that may be impacting on performance. Having a strategy in place supports the client to move from a state of reactive to a state of receptive. Coaching also allows the client to question what a future-self might look like and it supports them to set firm boundaries for themselves. This in turn can facilitate the client to put a model in place that is not only concrete but most importantly, built for permanency.
