Rethinking Leadership: Beyond Linear Expectations
No two people are the same. Where personality can be inherent, behavior can be acquired and in effect - that “learned behavior can be un-learned”.
A common misconception among leaders is “the more I put in, the more I’ll get out”, however leadership isn’t linear.
When good intentions turn sour, expectation isn’t met and clear direction is diluted, this can be a disempowering place to be, as a leader.
